“Chalet Hinterstein" in the Wilder Kaiser Nature Park
Arrive – Relax – Recover
Find out how well luxury and relaxation go together. In the Wilder Kaiser nature reserve, the “Chalet Hinterstein" is located directly above the crystal-clear Hintersteiner lake. In the midst of the imposing mountains of the Wilder Kaiser, the modern-rustic chalet offers everything that an all-round relaxation comprises.
The Kaisergebirge consists of two distinctive mountain ranges, the Wilder Kaiser and the Zahmer Kaiser with the Niederkaiser to the southeast. It is one of the most famous mountain ranges in the Eastern Alps and is loved by climbers and mountaineers as well as hikers. The largest part of the Kaisergebirge is a nature reserve and is not accessible by roads or cable cars. On the west side of the Kaisergebirge is the enchanting Hintersteiner lake. It was formed during the previous ice age and is located at an altitude of 882 m. Underground springs fill the lake with crystal clear water. Fancy diving in?
